Farzad Heidari, S.E.

Farzad Heidari, S.E., is a principal of the firm and a licensed structural engineer with more than 24 years of experience on a wide range of projects for clients in both the private and public sectors with a special emphasis on design-build projects. As a principal of the firm, Farzad works with the entire structural design team to ensure that each project meets the client’s scope of work. His experience spans a wide range of projects, several of which have won design excellence awards at both the local and national levels.

Farzad brings a high level of project management expertise to those projects on which he is involved. He works with the project structural engineers, designers and CAD technicians to see that each project design meets the client’s scope of work. In addition, he works directly with clients to make sure all project requirements and scope changes are clearly understood and communicated to the design team and implemented into the project.

Mr. Heidari’s experience spans a wide range of projects, including commercial facilities, office buildings, residential projects, educational facilities, hangars, fitness centers and medical facilities, using both the design-build and design-bid-build methods of project delivery. Farzad is also experienced in the area of Code and Structural Safety review for the California Division of the State Architect.
