Provided structural engineering design services for this new 16-unit multi-family residential project that includes a single affordable unit in the Hillcrest neighborhood in the City of San Diego. The ground level will contain a shopkeeper residential unit that is the accessible unit for the project. The building is 4-stories and has at-grade parking.
